- Who can join EarthHugger as a partner?
- Partnership is open to conservancies, protected areas, and community land-management groups working in Africa. We look for organisations that are actively managing land or wildlife and are willing to share what they have learned with peers across the continent.
- What does the $2,000/year membership include?
- Full access to the Knowledge Hub, the ability to document and publish your own solutions, a partner profile, and priority consideration for field documentation visits from our team.
- How is knowledge on the platform verified?
- Every entry is documented through direct contact with the people who built the solution — usually an in-person field visit — and reviewed with them before publication. We record context and limitations, not just outcomes.
- Can I contribute a story or solution to the platform?
- Yes. Active partners can submit entries directly from the Partner Dashboard, including photos. If you are not yet a partner, apply to join and we will get in touch.
- Do you offer field visits or tours to conservancies featured on the platform?
- Yes — see our Field Visits page. We run guided visits to selected conservancies and community projects featured on the platform, led by someone with firsthand relationships across 20+ conservancies in 5 countries.
- How is community-led knowledge different from conservancy-led knowledge on this platform?
- Community-led entries originate with villages, farmers and local officers; conservancy-led entries come from formally managed conservancies and their teams. We label the origin so you know the context, but both carry equal weight here — the label describes where a solution came from, not how credible it is.
